Terms of Service

• Post jobs directly on LinkedIn as a company (not through ATS)
• Conduct multiple types of interviews: AI calling, theoretical, behavioural, MCQ, coding, or hybrid
• Access candidate evaluations, reports, and insights
• We may enhance or discontinue features at our discretion

By using our Services, you agree that you will:

• Provide accurate account and billing information
• Use the Services only for lawful recruitment and HR-related activities
• Ensure you have obtained candidate consent before conducting interviews
• Not misuse integrations (e.g., LinkedIn posting or Exotel telephony) for spam, fraud, or unrelated activity

Payment Terms

• Subscriptions: Services are available on paid subscription plans, billed in advance
• No Refunds: All payments made for subscriptions are final and non-refundable
• Cancellation: If you cancel before the end of your billing cycle, your subscription access is terminated immediately
• No Remaining Access: You will not be entitled to any leftover usage period
• Free Plan Reversion: After cancellation, your account automatically shifts to our free plan with limited features

Background Verification (BGV) Billing

• Billing is based on the verification checks selected at the time a BGV request is initiated and submitted for processing.
• Once a BGV request has been initiated, all verification checks selected in that request shall be billable, irrespective of whether the candidate completes all required steps or documents.
• Charges for an initiated BGV request shall remain payable even if the request is subsequently incomplete, expired, cancelled at the customer's request, or abandoned by the candidate, except where the failure is solely attributable to Gradii's material technical error.
• Re-sending reminders on an existing BGV request shall not constitute a new billable request.
• Extending the expiry date of a BGV request, or allowing a candidate to resume a request, shall be billable at the applicable rates.
• A re-initiated BGV request that creates a new verification request/transaction shall be treated as a separate billable request, and all verification checks selected in the new request shall be charged again at the applicable rates.
• If a request is duplicated or re-initiated due solely to a Gradii system error, the duplicate request shall not be billed again.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of Gradii
• Circumvent usage limits or attempt to access paid features without authorization
• Use our Services to discriminate unlawfully in hiring or violate applicable employment laws
• Interfere with the platform's operation or security

• We strive to maintain reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• External integrations (LinkedIn, Exotel, Gemini, etc.) may cause service disruptions outside our control
• Planned maintenance or updates may temporarily affect availability

• All platform content, software, branding, and materials are owned by Gradii
• You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services for recruitment purposes only
• You may not use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent

• Gradii provides its Services on an 'as is' basis without warranties of accuracy or suitability
• We are not responsible for candidate performance, hiring outcomes, or third-party actions
• To the extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the subscription fees you paid in the last 3 months

• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms
• Upon termination, all paid features end immediately, and your account shifts to the free model

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India
• Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra

• We may modify these Terms from time to time
• Any changes will be notified via the platform or email
• Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms
